The New Zealand Shareholders’ Association (NZSA) will use any proxies it holds to vote against Pushpay’s scheme of arrangement.  NZSA said it has assessed BGH Capital and Sixth Street Advisers’ takeover bid and the offer price was not compelling for long-term investors. Instead, it “reflects the opportunity provided by current, short-term economic and valuation indicators”. NZSA said it has discussed the proposed scheme with PushPay representatives and directors on a number of occasions since the rel...
