NZSA will vote proxies against Pushpay deal

The New Zealand Shareholders’ Association (NZSA) will use any proxies it holds to vote against Pushpay’s scheme of arrangement. NZSA said it has assessed BGH Capital and Sixth Street Advisers’ takeover bid and the offer price was not compelling for long-term investors.
