NZX halts trading due to ‘connectivity issue’

The New Zealand stock exchange has been halted due to a problem with its network connection.  In an email sent at 4pm, the NZX said it had identified participants had been disconnected and consequently put the market into a trading halt.Connected participants can place, amend and cancel orders, it said.NZX said it was “continuing to investigate and resolve the connectivity issue” and once confirming stable reconnection will propose a timeline to reopen and properly close the various markets.“We are endeavouring to enable...
