Trading in Plexure shares was halted this morning after the firm announced it will seek a secondary, or foreign-exempt listing on the ASX and undertake an underwritten A$30 million private placement to Australian and New Zealand institutions and other investors.The mobile ad firm will maintain its NZX primary listing, and has also announced a NZ$5 million share purchase plan to existing NZ shareholders on the same terms, or an effective price of NZ$1.20, the same price paid by investors in the placement.In a statement, Plexure said key customer...
