A new company set up by Vista shareholder Potentia is not a takeover vehicle for the New Zealand-listed tech company, the Australian investor says. Potentia founder Andrew Gray, investment director Amit Chand and its NZ leader, Lachlan Hughes, formed a new company on Oct 16, which had tongues wagging that it was part of Potentia’s Vista plans. When asked if the company, Sandpit Bidco, was for Vista, it provided a response stating "Potentia has no intention of making a control bid for Vista Group". Potentia took a...
