Church management and donation platform Pushpay has agreed to buy live streaming provider Resi Media for approximately US$150 million.Resi is a Christian video streaming software that provides services to mega-churches such as Hillsong, Life Church, and Elevation Church, as well as the Florida Chamber of Commerce and fast-food restaurant Chick-fil-A.Pushpay will buy the business for US$110m in cash and issue US$40m worth of new shares.
