Rakon on director search with Sinead Horgan set to exit in August

Another Rakon director has resigned, citing the need to balance her workload. Sinead Horgan, who chaired the independent committee assessing an unsolicited takeover bid that ultimately failed, will leave the firm on Aug 27. Horgan is also chair of the advanced manufacturer’s audit and risk committee. Rakon said Horgan had chosen to step down to balance her workload commitments. In January, former director Steve Tucker also exited Rakon’s board, needing to balance his workload and full-time study. Rakon said...
