Rocket Lab’s Nasdaq listing has been delayed to the third quarter of the year.The New Zealand-founded US-registered aerospace company announced in March plans to merge with the special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) Vector Acquisition Corporation, with a second quarter US listing under the ticker symbol RKLB.But a May 24 SEC filing by Vector said: “The Rocket Lab business combination is expected to close in the third quarter of 2021, subject to the satisfaction of certain customary closing conditions.”When the merger was a...
