Gold miner Santana Minerals has retracted a March 6 announcement on the Rise and Shine site in central Otago because it breached Australian securities exchange rules.Santana Minerals said its “Outstanding Initial Mining Assessments at Rise and Shine” announcement did not meet the requirements of Australian securities exchange (ASX) listing rules 5.16 and 5.17, and investors should not rely on it.The rules relate to production targets when reporting on mining and oil and gas production and exploration activities.The ASX-listed compan...
