Agribusiness Scales reported a significant jump in its first-half net profit as it returned to a more normal trading result post-Cyclone Gabrielle.Net profit in the six months to June 30 was $38.1 million versus $14.3m in the same period a year earlier, when it was hit by the storm.  The underlying net profit attributable to shareholders was $28.5m, up 97%.The shares lifted 4.4% after the result and last traded at $3.59.“It was satisfying to return to a more normal trading period, allowing the teams in each of the divisions...
