Backdoor listing specialist John Sorensen has successfully retained freezing orders over businessman Ken Wikeley and another entity.The move was made to stop the transfer of shares in Sam Watson-founded Bioxyne, an ASX-listed alternative health company.Sorensen took court action in May against Ken Wikeley and Global CR Holdings, a company listed as directed by accountant David Gibson and Judith Burson, who lives at the same address as Gibson.According to the judgment of Justice Layne Harvey, Sorensen had already sought court orders stopping the...
