Professional director Therese Walsh will give up her role on Contact Energy’s board as the power company embarks on a major capital programme so she can focus on the two companies she chairs: Air New Zealand and ASB Bank.ASB today said Walsh will take over the chair in September, replacing Gavin Walker who’s overseen the bank’s board for the past decade.
