A manoeuvre to “spill” the board of NZX and ASX listed cinema software company Vista by a major shareholder appears “unlikely to succeed”, according to Craigs Investment Partners.Potentia, which holds just under 20% of Vista shares, has called a special meeting for Nov 15 proposing to remove chair Susan Peterson and director Kirk Senior.It wants to replace them with Potentia executive Amitesh Chand.
