The biggest takeaway from Vista Group's results is nearly 83% of its $98 million revenue in calendar 2021 was recurring in nature and that the market for its new Vista Cloud software-as-a-service is considerably bigger than it previously believed.In 2016, when Vista started emphasising recurring revenue, it accounted for 60% of total revenue.Now, it expects one-off licence sales will account for less than 5% of revenue in the current calendar year, with the transition to subscriptions now largely complete.Vista Cloud's first customer, a...
