Vista shareholder drops special meeting request to remove chair

Vista shareholder Potentia has given up on its quest to gain a seat on the board and roll chair Susan Peterson and director Kirk Senior. In a press release issued on Monday morning, Potentia said it was withdrawing its request for a special general meeting to change the makeup of the tech company’s board.
