Vista's boardroom tussle with Potentia takes another turn as MYOB chair drops out of running

MYOB chair Peter James is no longer in the running to join Vista’s board. James was nominated to join the New Zealand Exchange-listed (NZX) cinema software company board by its largest shareholder, Australian tech investor Potentia. Potentia is battling to gain seats on the firm's board after the NZ tech company rejected two previous requests for board seats. On Monday morning, Vista said James notified the board on Oct 12 that he was pulling out and had withdrawn his consent to being appointed a Vista director.&nb...
