MYOB chair Peter James is no longer in the running to join Vista’s board. James was nominated to join the New Zealand Exchange-listed (NZX) cinema software company board by its largest shareholder, Australian tech investor Potentia. Potentia is battling to gain seats on the firm's board after the NZ tech company rejected two previous requests for board seats.
