MediaWorks has appointed interim leader Wendy Palmer as its permanent chief executive, ending a six-month search to fill the top spot. Palmer, who parachuted into the business as interim boss following the departure of Cam Wallace in February, will take on the permanent role after changing her mind about the position, sources said.
