TVNZ chief executive Simon Power has launched an external review of the broadcaster’s recruitment policies following the departure of Breakfast host Kamahl Santamaria. Ex-Al Jazeera anchor Santamaria suddenly quit TVNZ last week after just a month of hosting the station’s flagship Breakfast programme.
