Taupō dairy processor Miraka is teaming up with state-owned Pāmu and Māori-owned dairy processor Waiū Dairy as part of its focus on speciality dairy products.The primary benefit of the strategic partnership is the three partners can share production facilities, a spokesperson said. “This gives much more flexibility around production runs and allows each partner to access and brand their own individual products/milk for consumer markets.”The three have complementary capability which provides more opportunities than if they were...
