Air NZ scales up covid-19 compassionate refund capability

Air New Zealand has set up a dedicated team to review covid-19 compassionate refunds.Its aim, according to a statement, is to make it easier for the airline's customers who currently hold a credit to request a refund on compassionate grounds.The airline said customers who can no longer travel due to ill health or financial hardship caused by covid-19 can apply for a compassionate refund.
