Airbnb is making a tool available to local councils that lets them see how many listings it has in their area and the number of guests that stay.City Portal will help councils better understand the short-term rental landscape and tourism trends on their patch, the platform says.Through the portal, councils will be able to access data on the total number of listings in their area, the number of guests in a month, where the visitors are coming from and the average amount they spend per day.The tool also offers easy access to Airbnb’s law en...
