ASX-listed real estate trust Quattro Plus Real Estate will rebrand as Auckland Real Estate Trust and take up a foreign exempt listing on the New Zealand stock exchange.“The name change better reflects the portfolio of the trust as well as the strategic focus in the short to medium term,” its manager Quattro RE said in a statement.The trust currently owns six properties, five of which are in Auckland central as well as a property in Chicago.
