Chapman takes over as NZME chair, quits IAG board

Former ASB Bank head Barbara Chapman has taken up the chair of media group NZME following the sudden departure of her predecessor Peter Cullinane before last week’s annual meeting. Chapman will resign her directorship at IAG New Zealand at the end of the month to free up time for the more demanding role at NZME.
