Chorus has sent the Commerce Commission its proposed maximum allowable revenue (MAR) for the regulatory period 2022 to 2024.The new regulations, which come into effect next year, set the minimum standards Chorus and the other fibre providers must meet for customer service, service availability, and network performance.Based on the regulated asset base of $5.5 billion that Chorus submitted to the ComCom in March, it leaves Chorus with an annual revenue range of $720 million-to-$820m for the new period.“This is consistent with Chorus’...
