The Commerce Commission will add another step to the process by which it will decide the value of Chorus’ price-quality regulatory asset base (PQ RAB) prior to the new regulatory regime beginning in 2022.The process will determine the valuation of Chorus’ fibre network, which in turn will affect how much revenue the ultra-fast broadband provider can earn – and how much consumers will pay for broadband services.
