The Commerce Commission’s final decision on the value of financial loss for fibre providers during the initial years of the ultrafast broadband scheme has been met with frustration from Chorus.New regulation from Jan. 1, 2022 will help determine the financial loss from 2011-2021 of fibre providers Chorus, Enable Networks, Northpower, and Ultrafast Fibre.
