The Commerce Commission pushed out the date by which it will decide on One New Zealand’s application to acquire Dense Air.The telco applied to acquire the company, primarily for its spectrum holdings that will enable One NZ to bolster its cellular network.Originally set to be decided on April 3, the decision’s due date was extended to April 30.Today, that date was quietly pushed back again to May 10.BusinessDesk asked the commission if there was a reason for the extension, but a representative offered no details.They stated: “...
