Enprise to raise $1.1m

Tech company investor Enprise Group wants to raise $1.1 million in a one-for-six pro-rata renounceable rights offer to shore up its balance sheet and lift its investment in IT reseller, iSell.The rights will be tradeable between April 15 and April 28, and will give investors the right to buy shares at 50 cents each, a discount to the 60 cent price they last traded at. The offer closes on May 4.
