Evolve earnings meet guidance

Evolve Education Group met its full-year earnings guidance and noted a lift in operating earnings in the six months to March 31.The childcare provider reported underlying earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation of $8.2 million in the March year. That was down 40 percent but at the top of the $7.8 million to $8.2 million guidance range provided in May.The firm, which expanded into Australia late last year, said revenue increased by 2.4 percent to $140.6 million.
