Feltex funder keeps fighting

The litigation funder behind the Feltex Carpets shareholder lawsuit is vowing to appeal a High Court judgment ending the case.In May, Justice Robert Dobson gave the funder for the 3,600 investors a deadline to pay security for costs in July, or the suit would be struck out. The deadline passed without the funder meeting its conditions, but the ruling setting the deadline has been appealed.
