Lion New Zealand says it will exit its retail businesses and has put its 22 Lion Liquor retail outlets on the block.The network of stores, trading under the Liquor King brand, has operated for more than 25 years in NZ. Lion wouldn't be drawn on price or whether it would sell the network piecemeal. But the retail exodus follows the sale of 12 stores in mid 2018.
