Heartland relaunches online low-rate home loans

Heartland has re-launched its low-rate online home loan offering after the onset of covid-19 put the kibosh on its earlier effort in March.The rates Heartland is offering are the lowest available in the market, as were the rates of its trial offering at that time. The bank is now offering a one-year fixed rate of 1.99 percent, a two-year fixed rate of 2.35 percent and a three-year rate of 2.49 percent.
