Liz Coutts goes overboard at Ports of Auckland

Ports of Auckland chair Liz Coutts has announced her retirement as chair and director at the company.Coutts had been criticised for holding too many board roles at Skellerup, Oceania Healthcare, and Ebos, Despite the critics she won chair of the year at the last Deloitte 200 awards.Ports of Auckland said in a release, Coutts notified shareholder Auckland Council last year of her intention to retire.
