Lodestone Energy wins consent for its first three South Island solar farms

Lodestone Energy has added three consented sites in Canterbury to its second phase of solar farms. The three planned farms at Clandeboye, Mt Somers and Dunsandel will generate 150 gigawatt hours (GWh) annually. The most recently consented farm at Dunsandel will produce 80 GWh a year. The three South Island solar farms, developed in partnership with HES Aotearoa, will be partly funded by a $250 million debt facility with ANZ Bank New Zealand. In February, Lodestone announced an equity capital raise of $55m for its phase two solar farm...
