No Air NZ flights to Melbourne for the next fortnight

Air New Zealand will not operate passenger services from Auckland to Melbourne for the next fortnight due to Australian government restrictions.No international passengers are eligible to arrive into Melbourne from July 1 to July 14 in an effort to reduce the spread ofcCovid-19 within the local community.The Sydney Morning Herald reported that police are establishing border checkpoints to screen residents entering and leaving 10 so-called “no-go postcodes” as Melbourne suburbs at the centre of the covid-19 outbreak are locked down....
