NZ green concrete startup Neocrete secures $6m in seed funding

After seeking between $3 million and $4m in seed funding, Neocrete, a New Zealand startup that decarbonises concrete production, has raised $6m.The funding round was led by Singapore-based venture capital firm Wavemaker Partners, which took a 15% share for US$2.7m (NZ$4.5m).Funding was rounded out by five other investors, including NZ Green Investment Finance, which took a 3.8% share for $0.7m."We were pretty happy we found some investors who understand us well," Neocrete co-founder and president Matt Kennedy-Good told BusinessDesk, a...
