Australasian venture capital firm Paloma Capital is embarking on an A$25 million (NZ$27.6m) Fund II capital raise.The fund will go towards 14 to 18 new and breakout companies over three years from the first close. That will be split between pre-seed, seed and series A startup companies in NZ and Australia.Breakout companies from Paloma’s existing portfolio include NZ firms Authsignal and Wellington-based Runn.To date, Paloma Capital’s Fund I portfolio has generated annual recurring revenue growth from A$5m to A$43m in 36 months.
