Propel Funeral Partners to acquire two more NZ businesses

Sydney-based Propel Funeral Partners plans to buy two more New Zealand businesses. The companies, Twentymans Funeral Services and Thames Crematory, which operates in and around Thames and Richmond Funeral Home and Clareville Crematorium in Carterton, Wairarapa, have been operating since 1867 and 1887, respectively.On Tuesday, Propel told the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) it would fund the A$7.3 million (NZ$8.1m) combined price of the acquisitions using its debt facilities.The company said together, the two businesses generated about...
