RBNZ names third-party in data hack

The Reserve Bank has named California-based Accellion as the third-party file sharing service breached in a cyber-attack on the weekend.The system, which may have contained the RBNZ's commercial and personal sensitive information, has been secured and taken offline while investigations are underway, the central bank said.RBNZ governor Adrian Orr said the breach has been contained, but a full analysis of what information was affected is being done “with pace and care”.“We have been advised by the third-party provider t...
