Rocket Lab adds two new board members

Merline Saintil has more than two decades experience in the US tech sector.

Rocket Lab has appointed Merline Saintil and Jon A Olson to its board of directors.Saintil will chair the company’s compensation committee and become lead independent director and provide "leadership to the board's independent directors", while Olson will serve as chair of the audit committee.The appointments come as New Zealand-founded Rocket Lab is preparing to list on the Nasdaq via a merger with special purpose acquisition company Vector Acquisition Corporation.Saintil is an experienced executive formerly of Yahoo, PayPa...
