New Zealand grid solar generator Rānui Generation has been acquired by Singapore fund manager SC Oscar for an undisclosed sum.The 100% acquisition is through SC Oscar’s SC Renewable Energy Plus Fund 1. The acquisition was cleared by the Overseas Investment Office (OIO) in October last year. The deal will allow Rānui Generation to immediately start building its first project, known as Twin Rivers, in Northland near Kaitaia.
