Stantec snaps up Christchurch engineering firm Cosgroves

Toronto Stock Exchange and New York Stock Exchange-listed Stantec has acquired Cosgroves, a 90-person buildings engineering firm headquartered in Christchurch.Stantec, headquartered in Edmonton, Canada, said the acquisition would increase its market presence in New Zealand by approximately 10%, to more than 900 staff.
