Australian agriculture investor Laguna Bay has been given the green light to purchase three dairy farms in the lower South Island.Set up in 2010, Laguna Bay invests in the primary sector across Australia and New Zealand on behalf of institutional and wholesale investors, one of its largest being the Washington State Investment Board.The majority of its investments are joint ventures or partnerships.
