Government officials are urging new Tourism Minister Stuart Nash to start work on a strategic rethink for the industry in response to the covid-19 pandemic.The Ministry of Business of Innovation & Employment also says Nash should meet key stakeholders including the chairs and chief executives of Air New Zealand, Auckland International Airport and Christchurch International Airport within his first 90 days of office.The MBIE briefing to the incoming minister also urges him to make key funding decisions within 30 days.Officials suggest Nash t...
