The Auckland district court has issued an arrest warrant for one of two former Oceania Football Confederation (OFC) employees now living overseas.This comes after the Serious Fraud Office (SFO) filed charges including conspiracy to commit an offence, namely obtaining by deception; money laundering; and causing loss by deception against the former OFC employees.According to a statement issued by the SFO, the charges were filed late last year and relate to the construction and delivery of the OFC’s Home of Football complex in Auckland.A hea...
