US citizen Chris Liddell pulls out of OECD race

Former Waikato man Chris Liddell has officially withdrawn his nomination for secretary-general of the OECD.Liddell, who served the historically unpopular former president Donald Trump as an assistant and deputy chief of staff, pulled out on Jan. 19, the OECD said in a statement."The chair would like to record the thanks of all OECD members to Chris Liddell for his willingness to be nominated for the position, and for the spirit with which he has engaged in the process."Liddell moved to the US in 2002.
