By Fiona Rotherham July 31 (BusinessDesk) - Ngai Tahu Property chief executive Tony Sewell, who built the value of the tribe's property portfolio from $2 million in 1994 to $553 million today, is leaving the company to explore other business opportunities. A replacement CEO is now being sought to start at the beginning of 2016 at which point Sewell will assume the role of director of major projects until the end of next year, to ensure a smooth handover.
