By Sophie Boot April 30 (BusinessDesk) - New Zealand business confidence fell in April, matching a dip in consumer sentiment, as already downbeat firms scaled back expectations for their own trading activity.  The ANZ Business Outlook reported a net 23 percent of businesses were pessimistic about the year ahead, versus 20 percent in March.
