By Rebecca Howard Oct. 4 (BusinessDesk) - New Zealand commodity prices rose in September for the first time since June with all of the six major groups lifting on the month.  The ANZ Commodity Price index increased to 295.4 in September from 293.2 in August, up 0.8 percent on the month and 12 percent on the year.  In New Zealand dollar terms, the index was at 214.7, up 1.7 percent on the month and 13 percent on the year after the New Zealand dollar fell against most major peers for the second month in a row.  Dairy prices continued to...
