NZ dollar becalmed on US-China trade/politics nexus

The New Zealand dollar was little changed as financial markets awaited developments on the US-China trade negotiations amid deepening fears that the politics around Hong Kong's continuing unrest could sink a trade deal. The kiwi was trading at 64.03 US cents at 5pm in Wellington from 64.02 at 8am while the trade-weighted index was at 70.90 points from 70.87. The currency is also little changed from its close in New York last Friday at 63.99 US cents. The US House of Representatives passed the senate's Hong Kong Human Rights and Democracy...
