By Jonathan Underhill April 5 (BusinessDesk) - The New Zealand dollar fell, touching a three-week low, with traders reluctant to push the currency higher ahead of US President Donald Trump's summit with his Chinese counterpart Xi JinPing and US non-farm payrolls data on Friday.
